- An engine upgrade: The year’s base trim package comes with a 2.3L turbocharged engine, as do the models from the 2023 line. It delivers 270 horsepower and 210 lb-ft of torque. On this year’s XLT and LARIAT, however, you now have the option of a 2.7-liter EcoBoost V-6 engine that delivers 315 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque.
- A revamped infotainment system: The 2024 Ranger’s 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen replaces the previous year’s 8-inch display. In the newer model, buyers also have the option to upgrade to a 12-inch touchscreen.
